Hyatt and China Resources Land Unveil Plans for New Park Hyatt Hotel in Xi’an

Hyatt Hotels Corporation and China Resources Land have unveiled their latest collaboration: a new Park Hyatt hotel in Xi’an, Shaanxi province, China. This luxurious project will be strategically situated in the CCBD, a premier mixed-use commercial complex along Xi’an’s central axis, offering an exceptional stay for discerning travelers in the historic capital.

Park Hyatt Xi’an is set to feature 192 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, alongside top-tier culinary and wellness amenities. The hotel will also boast inspiring venues for meetings and events, seamlessly integrating modern comforts with personalized service and the rich cultural heritage of Xi’an. Guests and locals alike can look forward to an elevated luxury experience.

Nestled in the Qujiang District’s CCBD project, Park Hyatt Xi’an will be just under four miles from the iconic Bell Tower in the old city center. The CCBD, a visionary creation by renowned designer Thomas Heatherwick, is a pivotal development supporting Xi’an’s burgeoning technology and cultural sectors. The hotel’s prime location ensures convenient access to the city’s commercial core, vibrant cultural attractions, and high-end shopping destinations, including The Xi’an Mixc, a premium lifestyle and retail center.
